Royal Air Force Recreation Club
The Air Force Recreational Club in Selangor is the Armed Forces’ pride and joy. Situated just behind Subang International Airport, it features one 18-hole golf course.
The 6,239 meters layout takes maximum advantage of dramatic slopes and valleys, abundant natural vegetation and an oil-palm plantation. The par-72 course offers contrasting play on the front and back nine. The front nine, has wide fairways, more hazards and is flat, while the back nine’s undulating fairways are closely lined by trees, which makes it tight and unforgiving to golfers who play wildly.
A golfer’s putting ability will be put to the test again on the undulating, tricky and difficult-to-read greens. Don’t believe what you see.
Apart from the golf course facilities, the Air Force Recreational Club offers two practice greens, a driving range, a swimming pool with a sunken bar, a sauna, squash and tennis courts, a gymnasium, a lounge, a bar and indoor games.
