Fraser’s Hill Golf Club
At 4,300 feet above sea-level, Fraser’s Hill is one of the few public courses and one of the few highland courses in Malaysia, heaven-sent for weekend golfers longing for sunshine and tranquility. Fraser’s Hill Golf Club is only a two hour drive from the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. Carving a road up through the hills was an extraordinary engineering feat.
The golf course is short and tricky, following the contours of the narrow valley.
One unique feature of the course is the three-tiered 7th fairway which takes the shape of a man’s body. It narrows down at the landing area and then widens again at the approach of the green.
Fraser’s Hill and its nine-hole course offer a superb golfing vacation. The par-36 offers an enjoyable round of golf and is usually packed during school holidays, drawing an increasing number of golfers and visitors in search of a perfect golfing holiday.
